Kingston's winter festival, Feb Fest, is kicking off today for more great fun and entertainment for the whole family. With so much to see and do, we thought we'd highlight the best of what the festivities have to offer.

Ice Slide & Snow Maze - All Day @ Confederation Park
Bring out the whole family for a fun day in the snow at Confederation Park.
Toast to Tappas @ Participating Restaurants
Get an appetizer made from locally-sourced ingredients paired with a beverage for $9.95 at some Kingston's finest restaurants.
Maple Candy - 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. @ Confederation Park
Watch your maple candy made from local maple syrup right before your eyes.
Polar Plunge - 11:00 a.m. @ Crawford Wharf (1 Brock St.)
Every year during the Ontario Law Enforcement Polar Run hundreds of people take a plunge into frigid water to raise money in support of Special Olympics Ontario. You can register to take part or just come and watch if you aren't a daredevil. The event includes prizes, costumes, and more.
The Kingston Symphony Concert - 2:30 p.m. @ The Grand Theatre
The Kingston Symphony will be performing a selection of music inspired by the great outdoors to help you wash away the winter blues. So warm up and get ready for spring at this uplifting concert. Tickets are available online at the Grand Theatre's website.
